Construction is underway for the the FringeArts bar/restaurant/theater planned for Delaware and Race Streets. Though it seems ambitious when you look at this photo, FringeArts is aiming to open in September.

The Fergus “Fergie” Carey involved bar/restaurant/theater planned for Delaware and Race Streets has a name and an opening date. The building will be known as FringeArts, which is also the mercifully shorter new name of the Philadelphia Live Arts Festival & Philly Fringe.
The new venue is aiming to open in time for the 2013 FringeArts which opens on September 6th, 2013.
