Garces Trading Co. is a minor gastronaut paradise located right here on Locust Street. And while I am currently going through the first stages of addiction to their mole amarillo chocolate bars (done in collaboration with the crew from Eclat Chocolate), Be Well Philly has a few suggestions on what to eat there in order to not turn into a sugar-crazed fat kid like me.
One thing that should make you feel good? The La Quercia prosciutto and grilled Spanish octopus both get a pass from our resident nutritionist.
