Garces’ University City Spot To Be Chic And Big
Posted by Foobooz on January 30th, 2007

The Daily Pennsylvanian doesn’t shed a lot of light on Jose Garces‘ University City restaurant plans but does offer some nuggets regarding what the man behind Amada and the soon to be open Tinto has in the works.
The restaurant will be housed in the new Hub development at 40th and Chestnut. The restaurant will take up 8,400 square feet over the first two floors of the building.
Previous reports have stated the cuisine will be Mexican and the name may be La Condessa.
