Striped Bass alum Christopher Lee is coming back to Philadelphia. Fans will get their first chance to try his food on New Year’s Eve at Christopher Lee at 1623, the prelude to Sophia, which will be coming to the location in 2013.
There will be three options on New Year’s Eve in the former Salt & Pepper. Lee and chef de cuisine Oris Jeffers will be preparing a four-course dinner with Champagne for $45, a later seating for $75 and a bar package for $35 between 10 p.m. and midnight.

A few weeks back we tested out a new advertising device that we dubbed Flyer Flow. It was tremendously successful and today we launch it as a new feature here on Foobooz. At the bottom of every page on Foobooz is now a rotating carousel of flyers highlighting special events. Right now they are all focused on New Year’s Eve. Click here to make like the ball at Times Square and drop to the bottom of the page. There you will find flyers for New Year’s Eve events.
If you are a bar, restaurant or venue owner, you can still advertise your New Year’s event. Email advertising@foobooz.com for more information.
