Renaissance Sausage has just tweeted that they’re hanging up the keys. The truck has been making regular stops at the Headhouse Square and the Ardmore Farmers’ markets as well as at 22nd and Callowhill for about a year. Recently the 1986 GMC truck has been missing events with mechanical issues.
Renaissance does tease that they have more “in store.” Their web site sasy they’ll be taking a more retail-centric approach. For now you can still get Renaissance sausages at least at Green Aisle Grocery and Pumpkin Market.
