Soft Shell Shrimp at Zama

Soft Shell Shrimp? Yep. You read right. For a limited time, Zama will be serving up a soft shell shrimp special. For $9, you’ll get five shrimp crisped and fried and served alongside a fried shishito pepper, all sprinkled with a dusting of yuzu salt. Yum. Well yum if you can get past the shell thing.
