If “holiday cheer” feasting isn’t enough motivation, however, Matyson invites you to celebrate its ninth birthday with a Best of Matyson tasting menu.

Chef Hiroyuki “Zama” Tanaka is introducing new tasting menus to the regular menu. In addition to the $55 and $75 Chef’s Tasting menu there are three new fixe options focusing on maki ($36), sushi ($39) and sashimi ($45).
