Bryan Sikora to Leave A.Kitchen
Posted by Foobooz on February 12th, 2013

It must be chef shuffling season. Word comes from a.kitchen’s David Fields that chef Bryan Sikora will be leaving Rittenhouse Square’s a.kitchen. Like Eater, we’ve been told Sikora is opening a La Fia, a bakery/cafe in Wilmington.
Sikora has been at a.kitchen since it opened on 18th Street in June of 2011. Prior to that, Sikora was well known for his time at Django, the four-bell awarded BYOB he co-owned with his then wife, Aimee Olexy. After selling Django, the couple went on to open the impossible to reserve Talula’s Table in Kennett Square. After the couple split Sikora had stops in Delaware, Allentown and for a brief moment, as the culinary director at Daniel Stern’s R2L and MidAtlantic.
