My favorite thing of the week was not the illustrated guide to Hop Sing’s dress code. It was not the back-and-forth news from Farmers’ Cabinet and The Boilermaker. It wasn’t even the news that Stephen Starr was going to be bringing Brooklyn barbecue favorite Fette Sau to Fishtown.
